This site targets WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What has been done

Semantic HTML with one main landmark, a skip link, and headings in order.
Text contrast meeting AA in both light and dark colour schemes; the page follows your system setting unless you choose the other one with the Theme button, which remembers the choice.
Visible keyboard focus on every interactive element, and full keyboard operability — none of the site’s scripts ever moves or traps focus, or opens a dialog.
Text reflows to narrow viewports and survives zoom to 200%. Every table fits the page and wraps rather than forcing it sideways, so there is no two-dimensional scrolling at 320px. On a phone, each table row becomes a card with the column name written above every value.
Motion is limited to one page-load sequence on the home page and a short reveal as content enters view. Both are switched off entirely when your system asks for reduced motion. No autoplay, no parallax, no time limits.

Stated rather than glossed over:

Hairline rules and card borders sit at about 1.5:1 against the page in the light scheme. They separate content that is already separated by headings and spacing, so no meaning is carried by the line alone — but they do not meet the 3:1 non-text contrast threshold. The borders of the contact form’s fields are the exception: there the line is the only thing showing where a field is, so it is drawn darker, at 3:1 or better in both schemes.
The site has not been tested with a screen reader by anyone who uses one daily.
No external accessibility audit has been carried out.
